Buyers: If your loan is approved through our TruQual program and is later denied for income assets or credit, we will refund your earnest money.*
Sellers: If the buyer's loan is turned down for income, assets, or credit and you received a TruQual from us, we will give you $500.*
We promise to make the process as smooth and as simple as possible!
*If buyer’s income, assets, or credit change after the loan has been underwritten due to unforeseen circumstances by Mortgage Atlanta, these guarantees are voided. Earnest money refund and Sellers Guarantee are capped at the lessor of 1% of the sales price or $5,000. TruQual valid for up to 90 days.
